Post subject: BAN HACKER AND GIVE ME BACK MY STUFFS

hello

im french and i got hacked.

before answer we dont restore hacked accounts... listen to me and think well.

id ever followed rules to securised my account @100
runing an antivirus updated every days, using a good firewall, never visit some weird websites which sells golds or anything else, never try to use stupid bot things, using an user ID different than my chars name and a password composed of letters and numbers without any meaning.

so my account should be 100 securised and more with your hacking prevent system.

i got hacked yesterday about 11h00 - 12h00 GMT 1 the hacker spend all my silks buying global chats and spamm my user ID and password trough Alps server adding i used a bot program...etc.

So he stole all my stuufs, all my money, all my storage and deleted my squirrel.

Hes selling my stuffs in his stall, stop him fast .

im sure youll help me because i helped you to, with many bot reports. i helped a lot of players on Alps server, i built my own guild and recruit good players who never use any suspicious things, one bought golds from a website, i fired him immediatly. i recently joined a big french union and i was very happy...

i fight botters, scammers, hackers and cheaters.

you dont have the right to answer that you cannot help me.

im very very worried about it, i spend 10 MONTH ON YOUR GAME and have a lot of fun.. this fun ended yesterday, i know a lot of players in Alps and they all can say that id never use or try to use third programs or anything else.

Justice is to ban the hacker and rollback my account from 2 or 3 days. If not, i ask you to give me money or give to buy new stuffs or give me back my stuffs from the hacker account. I dont want SOS or full money, i just want MY stuffs and MY money no less no more.

i helped you with your war against bots and give you money to got silks you cannot let me in this sh*t, the hacker stole me all, all i accumulate during 10 month, he stole my play time, my life time . you cannot dont care about it.

i hope you cannot do something or ill really doubt about GMs use and your own motivations...

Совсем недавно хакнули и ограбили благочестивого француза с кучей шмота, голдов и силков.
Развалили и ограбили его гильдию.
Все его силки были истрачены на спам в глобал чате.
А его шмот сейчас распродают в сталлах.

Он не только не пользовался ботами, а еще и помогал их ловить.

Если вы сделали апдейт то того, как он был почищен от вирусов делаем следующее.

1.Если вы заходили в игру, то немедленно бегите к другу, соседке и т.д. и меняйте оттуда свой пасс.

2. Сканируем комп тем антивирем, который уже стоит.

3. Закачиваем на комп и сканируем его хотя бы такими антивирями, как
F-secure
spyware-doctor
NOD 32
можно еще и Касперским для верности.

4. Переустанавливаем клиента с новым апдейтом.

5. Желательно, снова провести процедуру сканирования.

Если ни один антивирь не найдет на вашем компе никакой гадости, есть надежда, что все обойдется.

И не надейтесь на русский * авось*.
Когда вас хакнут, вряд ли вам кто-то сможет помочь.
